ArcGIS Data Appliance: OpenStreetMap Vector Basemaps should only be served from ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS (10.7.1, 10.8, or 10.8.1). ArcGIS Data Appliance: OpenStreetMap Vector Basemaps cannot be transferred to or used with used with non-Esri technology.
