仅当无法授予 ArcGIS Server 帐户 target_cache_path 的访问权限时，才应选中 copy_data_from_server 选项。 使用该选项时，首先将缓存切片复制到 ArcGIS 输出目录，然后下载到客户端的 target_cache_path。 使用 DO_NOT_COPY 会将缓存切片从服务缓存目录移动到 target_cache_path，这样速度更快，但是要求 ArcGIS Server 帐户拥有对 target_cache_path 的写入权限。
解决方案
授予 ArcGIS Server 帐户在 target_cache_path 的写入权限，以实现更高的性能。 取消选中工具中的 copy_data_from_server 选项。 在 Python 中，将 value of copy_data_from_server 设置为 DO_NOT_COPY。
