To create sites and initiatives with ArcGIS Hub, you must have an ArcGIS Online organizational account that has a Creator user type with a custom role based on the Publisher role. For more information, see Configure roles and privileges.
ArcGIS Hub supports data from ArcGIS Server 10.1 or later.

Nota:
