Delete workflow items

You can delete a workflow item to remove all job information, history, data, and attachments associated with the workflow item. Before you delete a workflow item, consider the following:

• Deleted workflow items cannot be recovered.
• All data associated with the workflow item is deleted.

To delete a workflow item, complete the following steps:

1. Access the Workflow Manager web app.
2. Hover over the workflow item you want to delete and click Delete Item .

   Note:

   If you aren't the workflow item administrator or part of the workflow item administrator group, Delete Item is not available.

   The Delete Workflow dialog box appears.

3. Review the information on the dialog box, check the check box, and click Yes, Delete Workflow Item to permanently delete the workflow item and all associated data.

   Note:

   It may take a few minutes to delete the workflow item.

   Once the workflow item is deleted, manually delete the workflow item group for the workflow item.
