Manage job notes

Job notes allow you to add informal information to jobs. You can show, add, and edit job notes in the Details panel on the Manage or Work page.

  1. Access the Workflow Manager web app.
  2. Choose a job in the job list on the Manage or Work page.
  3. In the Details panel, click the Notes tab Notes.

    Job notes appear in the Details panel.

    Note:

    If you don’t have sufficient privileges, the Notes tab won't appear on the Details panel.

  4. Click the Edit Notes button Edit Notes.
  5. Update job notes as necessary.
  6. Click the Save Notes button Save Notes.

    The updated job notes appear in the Details panel.
