Access Workflow Manager logs

Logs are a historical record of events that describe the action that occurred, the user who performed the action, and any errors that may have occurred during the event. You can use information in the logs to troubleshoot errors and identify problems in the ArcGIS Workflow Manager web app.

For ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server, events and errors associated with those events are recorded in the ArcGIS Server Manager logs.

Complete these steps to access Workflow Manager log messages:

  1. Access the Workflow Manager web app.
  2. Click the Design tab.

    The Design page appears.

    Note:

    If you don't have sufficient privileges, the Design tab is not available.

  3. Click Log Messages Log Messages.

    The View Log Messages page appears.

    Note:

    If you don't have sufficient privileges, Log Messages are not available.
