Submit survey results

Once you've downloaded and filled in the survey, complete the following steps to submit your response:

Note:

If you select the close button at the top, a dialog box appears with options to disregard your changes, continue the survey, or save an incomplete survey to the Drafts folder to complete later.

1. At the bottom of the form, select the Done button with the check mark.

   A dialog box appears with three options: Send now, Save in Outbox, and Continue the survey.

2. Select Send now to submit your response.
3. If your device has no internet connection, and Send now is unavailable, do the following:
   1. Select Save in Outbox.

      The app returns to the survey's contents page.

   2. Select Outbox.

      A list of surveys not yet submitted is shown. You can optionally edit these surveys before submission.

   3. When you're reconnected to the internet, select the Send button to submit all unsent surveys.

The survey results are now available on the Survey123 website for the survey owner and stakeholders to view.
