On the Survey123 website, you can preview a form before distributing it.
By default, the web designer displays the survey as it will appear to users, although without simulating any rules you may have put into place. The Preview button 
at the top opens a full preview of the survey, allowing you to test question visibility and functionality. There are also buttons to emulate the resolution of a tablet, smartphone, or desktop for UI testing.
