The following install guide contains instructions for ArcGIS StreetMap Premium file geodatabase (.gdb) downloads from My Esri:
Dear ArcGIS StreetMap Premium User:
The Esri ArcGIS StreetMap Premium data is downloadable through My Esri. Upon request, media may be shipped on a USB flash drive. Reference the installation instructions below for the My Esri download.
The ArcGIS StreetMap Premium data contains the following:
- RELEASE NOTES.pdf
- A documentation folder containing the help.htm and Esri User License Agreement.
- A file geodatabase (FGDB) folder containing the following:
- Data that is used and symbolized in the map
- Network dataset used for routing
- Map document (.mxd)
- A folder of classic ArcGIS locators used for searching and geocoding
- A folder of new ArcGIS locators used for searching and geocoding
To install ArcGIS StreetMap Premium from My Esri, download the available 7-zip file(s) for the documentation, file geodatabase (.gdb), classic locators, and new locators. Then unzip the file(s) with 7-zip software (free from www.7-zip.org). Note that all files of the same type (file geodatabase, classic locators, or new locators) must be downloaded before unzipping. Unzip the first file with the "001" name, and the rest will automatically unzip with it.
There is one folder created for each set of 7-zip files: 1) Documentation, 2) FGDB, 3) ClassicLocators, and 4) NewLocators. In addition, there are two .pdf files for the QuickStartGuide and Release Notes.
Once the folders and files are unzipped on your computer, install your StreetMap Premium license file (.sdlic) that was sent to you by Esri Customer Service. Esri Customer Service will still send the StreetMap Premium license file (.sdlic) file via email to your primary customer contact for all updates you are entitled to receive or with each new license of StreetMap Premium purchased.
Use of the new locators in ArcGIS Pro requires a StreetMap Premium extension. Use of the new locators in a geocoding service requires ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 or later. In addition, it is necessary to have both an ArcGIS Pro Desktop and an ArcGIS Enterprise StreetMap Premium extension. Install the ArcGIS Enterprise StreetMap Premium extension with your authorization file using the Software Authorization for ArcGIS Server Wizard prior to publishing a new locator as a geocoding service through ArcGIS Pro. Check with your organization's license administrator or Esri Customer Service if you do not have either the ArcGIS Pro Desktop StreetMap Premium extension or the ArcGIS Enterprise StreetMap Premium authorization file.
