Submitting a plan

License:
The following is available for ArcGIS Enterprise deployments only.

Once a plan is complete and ready to submit to the redistricting review board, you can submit a plan. Submitted plans will run through a series of Integrity Checks that are set up by the review board to ensure that plans meet minimum criteria prior to submission. Plans run through quality checks for the following:

  • Dual Assignment
  • Population Summary
  • District Count
  • Maximum Deviation
  • Null Assignment
  • Connectivity

Once a plan is submitted, no additional edits can be made on the plan.

  1. Click the Submit tab.
  2. Click Submit Plan.
  3. A series of integrity checks are run against the plan. The organization defines parameters of the integrity checks, such as the maximum deviation allowed.
  4. Once the checks are run, click OK.
