Release notes for ArcGIS Pro Intelligence 2.6

The ArcGIS Pro Intelligence 2.6 release (June/July 2020) includes new and improved functionality and bug fixes.

What's new

  • ArcGIS Pro Intelligence is now installed with the ArcGIS Pro installer.
  • Updates to geoprocessing tools are as follows:
    • Added new Movement Analysis tools to a Movement toolset. These include Compare Areas, Find Cotravelers, and Find Meeting Locations.
    • Performance of Find Overlaps improved for reduced processing time.
    • Points To Track Segments includes options to add velocity fields, output a point sequence feature class, and features improved output symbology.
    • Several minor fixes to other tools.
  • Alerts and conditions have been improved as follows:
    • The Distance From Points condition has been added. This condition allows a point feature class and a distance to be defined and provide the user with relevant alerts.
    • The Point Clustering condition has been added. This condition allows you to select multiple input layers, define a maximum distance and number of features per cluster, and receive alerts.
  • Tasks have been updated as follows:
    • The Helicopter Landing Zone Analysis task has added processes for incorporating land cover and obstacles.
  • Link charts have been updated as follows:
    • Link chart fields can now be String, Date, Double, GUID, GlobalID, Integer, OID, Single, SmallInteger, and XML.
    • Link chart items now appear in the Contents pane.
    • Added a new Analysis window.
    • The following analysis commands have been added:
      • Centrality
      • Neighborhood
      • Clustering
    • Removed the Circular and Radial layout types.
    • Link charts can now be created, edited, and viewed in ArcGIS Pro outside of ArcGIS Pro Intelligence.
  • Timelines have been updated as follows:
    • Timeline category fields can now be String, Date, Double, GUID, GlobalID, Integer, OID, Single, SmallInteger, and XML.
    • A Timeline tab has been added.
  • Updated the button placement for most tabs. New tool galleries have been added to clean up the tab interface while keeping the same tools .
  • The Production tab has been renamed Disseminate.
  • Improved imagery support on the Imagery, Data, and Analysis tabs, specifically for imagery intelligence analysts.
