Create a Mission from a template

Mission owners can create a mission from a template they have created or have access to by selecting either My Templates from the User Settings or the Create From Template button on the Mission landing page. The template will create a replica of the mission to include a Title, Description, Thumbnail, Capabilities, Mission Map (including any layers), Reports, and Materials associated with the mission. Members and Teams will not be part of the template as these items can change frequently within an organization. Once created, a template cannot be edited.

Once created, templates are owner specific but can be shared with others in an organization. The template is stored in the user’s root content folder and is an item type of mission template.
