New at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0

  • You can now make hotel bookings for others and manage them if you are a reservation manager.
  • You can view all locations associated with someone including office assignments, ongoing and upcoming reservations, and real-time location when you search for them.
  • If you cancel an office hotel or meeting room reservation in Indoor Viewer, you will be prompted to remove the event from your preferred calendar.
  • You can now select available equipment when looking for office hotels and meeting rooms.
  • Hotel booking requests made in Indoor Viewer will honor hotel scheduling limits set in Space Planner.
  • You can now click an outdoor location on the map when getting directions.
  • You can now view the map legend.
  • You can now use geographic and projected coordinate systems in web maps for Indoor Viewer.

New at ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

  • You can now book office hotels and meeting rooms using a Reservations layer in your web map, which has many advantages, including removing dependencies on external systems and allowing you to analyze reservation data to make more informed space management decisions.
  • You can now view your bookings and manage them from a tab in the Hotel and Meeting panels.
  • You can now check in and check out of booked hotels.
  • You can now share floor-aware maps to your ArcGIS Enterprise portal and use the new floor filter in Viewer.

Maps and layers that are not floor aware will not be supported in the app at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0.
