Create a project account

On the Accounts page, you can create an account that associates Autodesk Construction Cloud projects with an ArcGIS GeoBIM project. The account connection allows ArcGIS GeoBIM to securely access your project data.

  1. On the project's Accounts page, click Create New.

    The Autodesk Authorize application page appears on a new tab in your browser.

    Note:

    If you are not signed in to your account, you are prompted to insert your Autodesk account username and password.

  2. Click Allow to authorize ArcGIS GeoBIM to access your Autodesk account.

    The Authorize application page closes and the Add Autodesk Account dialog box opens on the Accounts page.

    Note:

    If you receive an authorization error, click Cancel on the Authorize application page. A dialog box will then display on the Accounts page stating You are required to log in to your Autodesk account in order to proceed. Click the Log in to Autodesk button to complete the authorization workflow again or click Return to GeoBIM home page to return to the Projects page.

  3. Click the Account drop-down arrow and choose the Autodesk account to associate with the GeoBIM project.

    Note:
    You can only link one Autodesk account to a GeoBIM project.

  4. Optionally, turn on the All Projects toggle button to include all projects from the selected account. Otherwise, click the Projects drop-down arrow, and choose the Autodesk projects to associate with the GeoBIM project.
  5. Click OK.

    The account is created and appears on the Accounts page.

    Note:

    You can only create one account per GeoBIM project.
