Define a project area

The Project Area tool is used to define the limits of a processing area. When you define a project area, the products are only generated to the boundaries of that project area. This allows you to modify flight plans, for example, that have areas of low coverage you want to exclude.

Note:

Images outside of the project area are still used in the initial adjustment step. The project area is applied during the generation of products.
