CityEngine provides language packs to add languages to an existing City Engine installation. If you are installing a localized version of City Engine, it will already automatically install with its corresponding language pack. Additional language packs can be added after an installation of CityEngine to add additional language support.
Installing and Uninstalling a CityEngine language pack on Windows
Download and extract the Windows City Engine language pack from the same location you downloaded CityEngine. In the folder that is created there will be an MSI Windows Installer file. Double click the file to begin the installation of the language pack. You can install multiple language Packs of your choosing.
To Uninstall a language pack, open the Windows Control Panel and select Add/Remove and find the language pack you wish to remove. This will remove the language from the machine.
Uninstalling CityEngine does not automatically remove the language packs you have also installed. Those must be removed explicitly when you wish to remove them.
CityEngine has available the following language packs:
- Finnish
- Simplified Chinese
