    Click Create PDF
    • You can edit the Title, optional Subtitle, and choose between Landscape and Portrait orientation.
    • If there is a Color Coded Map or Smart Map Search layer on the map, a Legend will be displayed in the lower right corner.
      • You can change the position by clicking on the legend in the preview map and dragging it to the desired spot.
      • Click Font to modify the font size, color, and style of the text in the legend.
      • To disable the legend, uncheck the Show Legend check box.
    • Click the black arrows, on either side of the preview map, to modify the included map extent—or pan the map to the desired extent.

  2. Click Create PDF.

When the PDF has been generated, the Report Ready notification dialog will be displayed.

    Your report is ready.
You can click the link to open the PDF or access it in Previously Run Reports in the Project panel.
    Note:

The Report Ready dialog will not appear if it is disabled in Preferences > Reports > Dialogs, but the PDF will still be accessible from Previously Run Reports.
