Note:

  • Both license levels include access to the ArcGIS Business Analyst Mobile App, which you can install on your mobile device.
  • If you currently have a Standard license and want to try the capabilities included only with the Advanced license, you can sign up for a free trial.

Note:

You cannot assign a user the Standard and Advanced licenses at the same time. For example, you may want to upgrade a user that currently has a Standard license, to the Advanced license. To do so, you can assign the Advanced license to them. This action will automatically revoke their Standard license.

To assign a Business Analyst Web App license to a member, set the toggle next to the member's name. You can Search Members by name, or apply one of the available Filters on the left to the list of members. The member must have a Creator, GIS Professional, or other compatible user type in your ArcGIS organization. If you want members to receive notification about their new assigned license, click Email member in the Email member? dialog box, otherwise click Do not email member. To revoke a member's license, disable the toggle next to the member's name. When done, click the close Close icon.
