Use Catch Basin and Outlet Inspections

The Catch Basin and Outlet Inspections solution delivers a set of capabilities that help conduct routine catch basin and outlet inspections, understand asset conditions, record inspections in the field, manage inspection activities, and ensure that the entire organization has access to inspection information.

In this topic, you’ll learn how to use the solution by assuming the role of a user and performing the workflows below.

Note:
Use your organization's data or configured apps to follow these workflows.

  • Assign inspections
  • Monitor assignments, inspection results, and overall progress

Perform catch basin and outlet inspections

Catch basins and outlets are critical assets in a stormwater system. Routine inspection and maintenance of these assets are necessary to assess their condition and to comply with regulatory mandates. Mobile workers routinely inspect catch basins and outlets to ensure that they are working properly to allow stormwater to flow as the system was designed, to provide a record of their inspections, and to inform maintenance needs.

In this workflow, you will assume the role of a mobile worker who has been assigned the task of inspecting catch basins and outlets in the field.
