My Neighborhood Services is an application for the public to find services near them. Members of the public can search for an address or click the corresponding map to find information about services near them.
In this workflow, you are a member of the public and want to learn what services are in your area.
- In a browser, from the My Neighborhood Services solution, view the My Neighborhood Services app.
- In the Locate Services widget, search for an address; alternatively, click a location directly on the map.
In the widget, an expandable list of available services near your defined location appears.
- Optionally, adjust the slider to increase or decrease the search area.
- In the widget, click a service.
The map zooms to and highlights the service's location, and details about the service appear in the widget.
- Review the information provided.
- In the widget, click the Directions tab to view driving directions from your defined location.
