Introduction to Election Results

Election Results can be used to share results tabulated on election night and historical results shared after each election.

Election results for political contests, proposals, and voter turnout for one or more jurisdictions are integral to election night or post-election night reporting. Election results are often shared through files and tables that are difficult to examine. Sharing election results in a map-based application helps voters and other interested stakeholders quickly visualize voting trends in a community. Election Results is typically implemented by clerks, election commissions, or secretary of state offices that want to make election results accessible and understandable by voters, the media, and other interested stakeholders.

The Election Results solution delivers a set of capabilities that help you organize map-based election results, share results for each elected office or proposal, and communicate voter turnout for one or more jurisdictions.
