The number of features in the input layer is greater than the maximum supported by the tool or parameter.

Solution

To resolve the error, do one of the following:

  • Choose an input layer with fewer than the specified number of features.
  • Filter the data to limit the number of features being analyzed.
  • Change the processing extent to limit the number of features being analyzed.
    Note:

    Environment settings are not available when running tools in ModelBuilder.
