20056: Calibrated borders were dropped from the map grid

Calibrated borders for reference grids are not supported in ArcGIS AllSource and were dropped from the layout during the import process.

Solution

Before importing the layout to ArcGIS AllSource, convert the grid to a graphic in ArcMap. The grid will lose its dynamic properties, but the calibrated border will be preserved.
