A data frame in the document you are importing contains a raster catalog layer. Raster catalog layers are not supported in ArcGIS AllSource.
Solution
Open the map document in ArcMap and create a mosaic dataset from your raster catalog. Add this to the map document. Then reimport the map document to ArcGIS AllSource.
