Description
The table does not have a Global ID field. The operation you are trying to run requires the input table to have Global IDs.
If you received this error while attempting to enable attachments or create an ObjectID-based relationship class and the input table has 64-bit object IDs, this error is expected. In the current release, 64-bit ObjectID-based relationship classes are not supported. Create a GlobalID-based relationship class instead.
Solution
Add Global IDs to the dataset using the AddGlobalIDs tool and retry the operation.
