One or more categories in the dependent variable contain only one feature, which prevents the tool from distributing all categories across each training group.
Solution
Change the number of groups or include more samples for each category to ensure representation across folds. Alternatively, remove or deselect the single feature in the Analysis Result Feature parameter value and the original input features.
