Description
The input features contain a selection or filter. Because spatial weights matrix files are intended to be reused, it is recommended that you not use selections or filters. If the selection or definition query is changed, the spatial weights matrix will no longer apply to the new records.
Solution
No action is required; however, you can use the Export Features tool to export the selected or filtered records to a separate feature class.
