Description
Some locations have only a single time series value, so their time series could not be smoothed. These locations will not contain pop-up charts.
Solution
Identify locations that have only a single value. If you are grouping by location, use the Collect Events tool to identify locations with only one feature. If you are grouping by ID field, identify any ID values that only have one record. To smooth the time series and create pop-up charts for these features, add another record at the same location or with the same ID field value so that the time series has at least two values.
