Description
A rate was imputed for a feature with a null rate value. This occurs when a local rate smoothing method (locally weighted average or locally weighted median) is selected and at least one neighbor has non-null rate value.
A feature may have a null rate due to one of the following reasons:
- The feature has a null or negative count.
- The feature has a null, zero, or negative population.
Solution
No action is required.
