Description
At least one stratum did not receive any sample locations. This can occur when using a population field that contains values equal to zero. Additionally, if strata sample counts are proportional to the area of a population field, the sample count may round down to zero for strata with small areas or populations.
Solution
No action is required. To resolve the warning, use a different value for the Strata Sample Count Allocation Method parameter.
