The missing z-value could not be calculated for one of more features. This may occur when a feature has null geometry or has a part without valid z-values that can be used to interpolate for the vertices that have the placeholder value.
Solution
Evaluate the skipped features to determine if the feature has any geometry or if the vertices have any valid z-values. If this is the case, modify the feature to provide a valid z-value.
