Description
You are uploading a service definition for a knowledge graph; however, a knowledge graph cannot be shared with everyone (public).
Solution
Adjust the sharing settings before uploading the service definition. Uncheck the Share With Everyone (Public) parameter. Optionally, check the Share With Your Organization parameter.
