Description
The organization member must have specific privileges to perform the operation. Review the documentation for the operation to determine the required privileges.
Solution
Changes need to be made to the role the user is assigned in the portal.
Have your ArcGIS Enterprise portal administrator change the member role assigned to a role that contains the necessary privileges for the operation.
ArcGIS Enterprise defines a set of privileges for the default roles, and for more fine-grained control of privileges, custom roles can be used.
