Description
No federated servers were found for the active portal. This can occur when Portal for ArcGIS is not federated with an ArcGIS Server site, or the ArcGIS Server service is stopped or unavailable.
Solution
Federate Portal for ArcGIS with an ArcGIS Server site and run the tool again.
