Description
The geocode service or portal locator specified to geocode the table does not support batch geocoding a table. The locator was published with the Geocode or Geocode Address capability disabled in the Capabilities section of the Configuration tab in the Share Locator pane or Publish Geocode Service pane.
Solution
Publish the locator again ensuring that the Geocode or Geocode Address capability is enabled in the Capabilities section of the Configuration tab in the Share Locator pane or Publish Geocode Service pane.
