Description
A one-to-many join cannot be performed between tables in different geodatabases. With tables in different geodatabases, only a one-to-first join is a valid option.
Solution
A one-to-many join requires both input tables to be in the same workspace and the workspace must have an object ID field. If possible, copy both tables into the same workspace to perform the join.
