Description
You can only replace vector tile layers published from vector tile packages. Vector tile layers with associated feature layers cannot be replaced.
Solution
To update a vector tile layer with an associated feature layer, edit the associated feature layer and rebuild the vector tile cache.
To publish a vector tile layer from a vector tile package, configure the vector tile layer to cache locally. For more information, see Configure a vector tile layer.
