Description
To use a scene service in a geoprocessing tool, the extract capability must be set at the time of sharing the scene service.
Solution
On the item details page for the scene service in ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online, click the Settings tab, click Export Data, and click Save.
Caution:
A service that is shared publicly allows anyone with access to the service to export a subset of data using the Clip tool.
