The export of the diagram layer definition currently specified for the input template (Export Diagram Template Definition tool) or the input network diagram layer (Export Diagram Layer Definition) failed.
Solution
If using the Export Diagram Template Definition tool the layer definition stored for the input diagram template may be corrupted. Open or generate a diagram based on that template and verify how it displays.
If using the Export Diagram Layer Definition tool, verify the layer properties specified for the sublayer under the input diagram layer.
