Description
When clearing the subtype field using the Set Subtype Field tool, you cannot specify a subtype field and clear the subtype field at the same time.
Solution
If you want to clear the subtype field, leave the input subtype field empty. If you want to set the subtype field, uncheck the Clear Value check box or use FALSE if using Python.
