Description

Some of the scales provided as input do not lie within the range of the Minimum Cached Scale and Maximum Cached Scale parameter values.

Solution

Change the Minimum Cached Scale and Maximum Cached Scale parameter values and rerun the Manage Tile Cache tool to include all scales provided in the input.
