Description
The spatial reference of the source cache and the spatial reference of the tiling scheme must be the same except when the tiling scheme is the ArcGIS Online Tiling Scheme.
Solution
To generate a cache in another spatial reference, create a mosaic dataset or reference mosaic dataset with the preferred spatial reference.
