Description
The geodatabase must be upgraded before the tool can be run. This error can occur when performing tasks such as upgrading a dataset or creating a dataset in a geodatabase that is an unsupported version.
Solution
Run the Upgrade Geodatabase tool and use the geodatabase that contains the dataset as input. Run the tool again when the geodatabase is up to date.
