Presenter mode is a way to display a full screen presentation in which you control pages on another monitor that only you can see. Presenter mode requires two monitors to separate what the audience sees from what you are controlling. Presenter mode helps you focus by providing a preview of upcoming pages. It also lets you interact with the content of the presentation since you can preview all pages without leaving full-screen display. For example, the presenter mode allows you to switch to a thumbnail display of all pages to present another page out of sequence.
Presenter mode is off by default for presentations. You can enable the mode in the Playback group on the Presentation tab. Because presenter mode is an application setting, once it is checked, the option is enabled for all presentations.
Note:
Presenter mode is intended for multiple monitors but can be used with a single display such as a laptop. In this case, it can be useful for practicing the presentation before connecting to an external display for the audience.Enable presenter mode
