Manage job notes

Job notes allow you to add informal information to jobs. You can review, add, and edit job notes on the Notes tab in the Workflow pane in ArcGIS AllSource.

  1. Connect to a workflow item if necessary.
  2. In the Workflow pane, click View Job Details View Job Details for the job to which you want to add notes.

    The job's properties appear in the Workflow pane.

  3. In the Workflow pane, click the Notes tab Notes.

    Job notes appear in the Workflow pane.

    Note:

    If you don’t have sufficient privileges, the Notes tab Notes is not available in the Workflow pane.

  4. Click Edit Notes View And Edit Job Notes.
  5. Update the job notes as necessary.
  6. Click Save Save.

    The updated job notes appear in the Workflow pane.
