The installed versions of ArcGIS AllSource and ArcGIS Server used for publishing this feature service are not compatible release versions, which may result in inconsistent behavior from Location Referencing tools.
Solutions
It is recommended that you install compatible release versions of ArcGIS AllSource and ArcGIS Server before publishing this service.
Location Referencing tools may not work correctly when using an incompatible ArcGIS Server version.
