Your portal version does not support integrated mesh modifications. Integrated mesh modifications for scene layers are not supported for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 and earlier. Integrated mesh modifications for 3D tiles layers cannot be shared from ArcGIS Pro 3.5 and earlier and are not supported in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and earlier. The modification is not visible in Scene Viewer.

Solution
- Do nothing. The modification appears when the scene is opened in an ArcGIS AllSource project.
