This Statistical Data Collection has a performance index that is not supported by the GeoEnrichmentservice. The performance index will be ignored by the GeoEnrichment service .
Solution
Do nothing. The apportionment method will automatically be changed to Population.

The GeoEnrichment service uses standard geographic units to aggregate data for rings and other polygons, known as data apportionment. Data apportionment can be calculated based on population, area, or others weights, such as business weights and population weights. The GeoEnrichment service only supports area and population methods.
