You are sharing a web map with an inaccessible Indoor Positioning Data Service for ArcGIS IPS.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Ensure that the Indoor Positioning Data Service still exists.
- Ensure that your user has access to the Indoor Positioning Data Service.
- Clear the Indoor Positioning Data Service and select another service from the Map Property dialog box.
