You are attempting to share a web layer that participates in a relate. The same unique relate ID is assigned to more than one layer or table.
Solutions
Open the layer or table's properties. On the Relates tab, under Relate IDs for sharing web layers, do one of the following:
- If two layers or tables share the same relate ID, change one of the IDs to another positive integer.
- If no layers or tables share the same relate ID, contact Esri Support Services (U.S. customers) or your Esri distributor (customers outside the U.S.).
